Terms and Conditions

As per your choice and preference, we are sharing vehicle pictures and driver details before accepting advance payment from you.

1. Book your Vehicle one day before or at least 4 hours before.
2. We offer the Best Price – City hourly package starts at 8 hours / 80 KM. Airport pickup and drop, Ramoji Film City, Srisailam, and Outstation services are available for Sedan, Innova Toyota, Innova Crysta, and Innova Hi Cross. Prices are fixed and accepted by our clients.
3. Prices may change without any notice. In case any booking is accepted with an advance token payment, we will execute the order at the same prices agreed.
4. All vehicle bookings require advance payment as follows:
   • City Hourly Package: Sedan – Rs.500, Innova Toyota – Rs.1000, Innova Crysta – Rs.2000, Hi Cross – Rs.2500.
   • Outstation: Sedan – Rs.500 to Rs.1000, Innova Toyota or Ertiga – Rs.1000 to Rs.2000, Innova Crysta – Rs.2000 to Rs.3000, Innova Hi Cross – Rs.2500 to Rs.3000.
   Once the vehicle reports at your pickup location for hourly packages, 100% of the total base price must be paid as the vehicle is dedicated for you.
5. No refund of advance payment once the vehicle is booked or held.
6. Smoking, consuming alcohol, and using tobacco are not allowed inside the vehicle. The vehicle will stop at a feasible location for recreational breaks where these activities can be done outside the vehicle.
7. If the customer damages the vehicle (including vomiting or other issues), cleaning/water wash charges will be applied: Sedan – Rs.500, Innova Toyota/Ertiga – Rs.1000, Innova Crysta/Hi Cross – Rs.1500.
8. AC will operate only while the vehicle is running. During ghat (hill) sections, AC may be switched off for short periods if necessary.
9. Our legal jurisdiction is Hyderabad City, Telangana State.
